How much would one of those cottage set me back?

Welcome Blaine - I am Phil VY2PR in PEI. I enjoy MW DX, with a stable of receivers from a 1946 Hammarlund HQ-129-X through to an RF Space SDR-IQ with a lot of other receivers covering the decades between.

Antennas used are the LFE M601C active whip, Wellbrook 1530 and my DXpedition antenna, a DGS EWE that I built. I also use a Quantum Phaser which works great with the M601C and 1530 combo.

My MW DX highlights were catching India on 1566 KHz and three MW stations from Japan.
