I was considering the Apex outdoor pasive Antena, I can conceal that one.   . It will be great if I can install a T2FD antenna.
My wife does not like long wires (she is worse than the HOA people)

BTW Warren, How do I make a coax fit in the 1/8 plug???? Beacuse all my radios have one.

Glenn, I got my R-75 yesterday.... Having mixed feelings.... My G5 with the DE33 antenna, sounds better... Today I am going to the Local Amateur Radio shop... to check a new antenna... Like I told you.... this hoby drains you pocket...

This is the THIRD attempt at trying to reply to this post..it keeps logging me off for some reason and the reply disappears.
How is the front end on your new R-75 as far as Selectivity and Sensitivity are concerned--have you ahad a chance to attemp any DXing and pull in and clean up a distant and weak signal?
As far as sound quality is concerned, maybe a good external speaker would help.
Please keep us informed of your progress and results and have a GREAT weekend
